Terms of service

These terms are between you and HaidurQureshi Ltd, trading as Pingwell (company number 16936643). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Pingwell checks the websites you add, alerts you when they appear to be down and provides a public status page. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee every outage will be detected or every alert delivered, so the service is provided "as is".

Your responsibilities

Only monitor websites you own or have permission to monitor. Don't use Pingwell to overload, attack or test systems without authorisation. Keep your login details secure. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payment

The Free plan costs nothing. Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't offer refunds for part-used periods except where the law requires.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from downtime that we fail to detect or report, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you by email about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: hello@pingwell.co.uk.
